look mommy, that man has a TV screen in his car, get me my slim jim... not stealth at ALL. not even remotely. - 3,051 points per PETZ rules #13 and 17:Well, I figured today would be a good day to actually open up my dremel. Never used one before...got it for my birthday over a month ago. I had planned to put the e-01 screen where my ash tray is, but after realizing that although stealth.....it was TOO stealth! stealth means not visible, yet still functional I would have to turn my head pretty far to read it...not good while boosting ;) My Turbo timer has been sitting in my dash pocket since I got it, roughly 6 months ago....but while I was dremeling, I figured what the hell, I will put it in the clock location. paint the housing black, and that will be uber stealth and a great install. congrats The only thing I butchered today was the black bezel...so nothing really permanent as Im sure I can always buy one in good shape ;) :For the turbo timer, I cut up the back black portion of the clock housing, so I used the clock screw holes/ "brackets" to hold the turbo timer, along with some hot glue :) Constructive criticism is always welcome, so are compliments if you feel the need =P :Here are my final results. definently consider another location for that TV screen looking thing. (ie, the glovebox). you guys seems to be forgetting what the function of a boost controller is. It's not meant for eye candy. At you don't have one hand on the wheel and one on the boost controller while 'racing' or driving. contructive criticism(?)
